10-2 in College Basketball & 60% on NBA Picks last 3 days!
I think we’re starting to heat up! Yeah, and to be honest the Kentucky loss was on the second leg of a parlay with Florida (no single bet) and Will Richard was a $250 bet while every other bet was in the thousands. ANYWAY… not doing so bad over here.

Someone also just hit over $65,000 in our Discord…
He gave away the plays ahead of time, and sure enough, he hit! If you were in there, you would’ve bank. Check it out… He even hedged a little by cashing out half the bets since it all came down to USC women’s!
I feel like this alone is worth $20/month to join the Premium. If you’re already subscribed, respond to this email to get into the Discord. Oh, and this is not the first time this has happened either. Just saying…

College Basketball Best Picks Today - Sunday, 3/30 Elite 8 Action!
Tennessee vs. Houston
This matchup features two of the top defensive teams in the country, and the game will likely be a slow-paced, physical battle. Houston’s edge in defensive efficiency, rebounding, and three-point shooting makes me lean their way. The way that Tennessee was able to beat Kentucky was getting offensive rebounds and hitting some big shots that kept them out of the game. I think it will be hard for Tennessee to do do both of those in this game. It should be tight — if both teams play decent or average, I say Houston wins. Tennessee will have to explode offensively to take this one.
Best Bets:
Houston Moneyline
Houston has been one of the most dominant defensive teams in the nation, allowing just 58.5 points per game (1st). Their defensive efficiency is elite, holding opponents to an effective field goal percentage of 45.1% (4th). Tennessee’s offense, while solid, is not explosive, ranking 120th in points per game. Houston’s ability to control tempo, force turnovers, and shut down perimeter shooting gives them a strong advantage to cover the spread, but this will be a dog fight. I’ll go with the ML.
Additional Considerations:
Player Props:
Jamal Shead (Houston): Shead has been Houston’s floor general, controlling tempo and making key plays. His points and assist totals should be strong, making an over on assists or points a solid bet
Michigan State vs. Auburn
Auburn’s offensive efficiency and defensive pressure give them a strong edge in this matchup. Michigan State’s inability to score consistently from deep could make it difficult for them to keep up. Michigan State has really not shown their best game yet, and they’ve struggled in every single first half so far. It feels like Auburn has too much for them in this one, but you can’t ignore the Izzo experience and that Michigan State has fought back in every game.

Best Bets:
Auburn Moneyline and/or Auburn 1st Half -2.5
Auburn has been dominant offensively, averaging 83.6 points per game (9th nationally), while also maintaining a strong defense that allows just 69.3 points per game. Their +14.3 average score margin ranks among the best in the country. Michigan State has a solid defense, but their offensive struggles, particularly from three-point range (31.1%, 318th nationally), could be a major issue against Auburn’s elite perimeter defense. Auburn’s ability to control the tempo and force difficult shots should help them cover the spread.
Also playing Michigan State +10.5 in parlays.
Under 147.5 Total Points
Both teams bring strong defensive efficiency, with Auburn ranking 11th in opponent effective field goal percentage and Michigan State ranking 15th. Auburn’s shot-blocking ability (6.0 blocks per game, 2nd in the nation) could disrupt Michigan State’s interior scoring. Given the tournament setting and increased defensive intensity, the game should stay under the total points line.
Additional Considerations:
Player Props:
Tahaad Pettiford (Auburn) - 15+ Points (+110): This freshman is hot right now, scoring over 20 the last two games and providing a huge spark.
NCAA Women’s Picks
Don’t overthink it.
South Carolina ML + UCLA ML
TCU +7.5 (tomorrow)
NBA Picks & Analysis Today - Sunday, 3/30
Los Angeles Clippers vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
Spread: Clippers +7.5 (-110) | Cavaliers -7.5 (-110)
Total: 231.0 (O -110, U -110)
Moneyline: Clippers +235 | Cavaliers -285
Time: 12:30 PM ET
Analysis: The Clippers have Kawhi out for this game and CLE has been struggling here down the stretch. I think the Cavs should get it together at home here and beat up on the Clippers. Clipps have been pretty hot otherwise. I think the Cavs cover but more so putting them into some ML parlays.
Premium Picks:
Spread Bet: Cavaliers -7.5
Over/Under Bet: Under 231.0
Portland Trail Blazers vs. New York Knicks
Spread: Trail Blazers +8.5 (-110) | Knicks -8.5 (-110)
Total: 221.0 (O -110, U -110)
Moneyline: Trail Blazers +280 | Knicks -360
Time: 3:00 PM ET
Analysis: The Trail Blazers have faced challenges on the road, particularly against teams with stronger D like the Knicks. New York's defense came alive against the Bucks and I expect that to continue. Portland still has guys out (Simons is Q) and so do the Knicks but I doubt the Knicks drop this one at home.
Premium Picks:
Spread Bet: Knicks -8.5 (-110)
Over/Under Bet: Under 221.0 (-110)
Player Prop: Shaedon Sharpe - Over 18.5 Points
Atlanta Hawks vs. Milwaukee Bucks
Spread: Hawks +4.0 (-110) | Bucks -4.0 (-110)
Total: 235.0 (O -115, U -105)
Moneyline: Hawks +150 | Bucks -175
Time: 4:00 PM ET
Analysis: The Bucks are on a three-game losing streak and will be eager to reverse their fortunes at home. The Hawks are dangerous but super inconsistent on the road. I think the Bucks step up here and take care of business.
Premium Picks:
Spread Bet: Bucks -4.0 / Bucks 1st Half -2.0

Charlotte Hornets vs. New Orleans Pelicans
Spread: Hornets +3.0 (-105) | Pelicans -3.0 (-115)
Total: 214.0 (O -105, U -115)
Moneyline: Hornets +130 | Pelicans -150
Time: 4:00 PM ET
Analysis: Both these teams barely have enough NBA players to take the floor. It’s going to be ugly. I’ll take the home team and the under if I have to make a pick. Not interested though in betting this.
Premium Picks:
Spread Bet: Pelicans -3.0 (-115)
Over/Under Bet: Under 214.0 (-115)
Detroit Pistons vs. Minnesota Timberwolves
Spread: Pistons +7.0 (-105) | Timberwolves -7.0 (-115)
Total: 226.0 (O -110, U -110)
Moneyline: Pistons +220 | Timberwolves -270
Time: 4:00 PM ET
Analysis: The Pistons have struggled on the road, particularly against teams with strong interior defenses like the Timberwolves. Minnesota's ability to dominate the paint and control rebounds gives them a significant edge in this matchup. More importantly, Cade Cunningham is out for this game as well.
Premium Picks:
Spread Bet: Timberwolves -7.0 (-115)
Over/Under Bet: Under 226.0 (-110)
Player Props: Anthony Edwards - Over 27.5 Points, Donte Divencenzo - Over 18.5 PRA
Golden State Warriors vs. San Antonio Spurs
Spread: Warriors -12.0 (-115) | Spurs +12.0 (-105)
Total: 232.5 (O -110, U -110)
Moneyline: Warriors -700 | Spurs +475
Time: 4:00 PM ET
Analysis: The Warriors, with the return of key players, have regained their offensive prowess. The Spurs, in a rebuilding phase, have struggled against high-caliber teams, especially those with strong perimeter shooting.
Premium Picks:
Spread Bet: Warriors -12.0 (-115)
Over/Under Bet: Over 232.5 (-110)
Player Props: Steph Curry - Over 23.5 Points
Toronto Raptors vs. Philadelphia 76ers
Spread: Raptors -3.0 (-115) | 76ers +3.0 (-105)
Total: 222.5 (O -110, U -110)
Moneyline: Raptors -145 | 76ers +125
Time: 4:30 PM ET
Analysis: The Raptors are sitting Poeltl and Quickley. The 76ers really do not want to win. This is a bottom of the barrel battle but I have some players I am liking!
Premium Picks:
Spread Bet: Raptors -3.0 (-115)
Over/Under Bet: Under 222.5 (-110)
Player Prop: RJ Barrett - Over 17.5 Points or 20+ Points (+180)
Parlay: RJ Barret Pts + Justin Edwards Pts Over

Time: 6:00 PM ET
Analysis: The Rockets are on a four-game road winning streak, showcasing their offensive depth. The Suns, while having a solid home record, have faced challenges against teams with dynamic backcourts like Houston.
Premium Picks:
Spread Bet: Rockets -2.5 (-110)
Over 222
Player Prop: Devin Booker - Over 24.5 Points, Jalen Green - Over 22.5 Points
