Analysis:
The Magic are are playing pretty solid right now and Paulo Banchero is hot. The Hornets have struggled but have shown some resilience at home. I think this will be a closer game than people expect, but I just can’t trust the Hornets with only 5 points.

The Mavericks welcome back Anthony Davis again, which made an instant impact yesterday. He converted in the paint easily and made his mark inside during a minutes restricted game. I’m assuming he plays again but we don’t quite know until it gets close to tip off. The Knicks are without Jalen Brunson and Miles McBride, forcing them to rely on Cam Payne and rookie Tyler Kolek at point guard. The Knicks have been having some trouble hitting consistency with guys out. The spread has moved to -10 from -8 last night so my best guess is that AD will not play this back to back, but I really don’t know at this moment.

The Grizzlies are without Ja Morant and Brandon Clarke. Despite missing key players, Memphis has continued to play alright. The Jazz have been inconsistent and struggle against elite teams, but they do have the ability to cover at home. I wish this was more like +14 and I’d take the Jazz. Memphis can be inconsistent as big favorites.

Cleveland's defensive presence should keep Portland in check, but Portland is pretty decent at home. Donovan Mitchell is out for this game, which does help Portland’s chances of staying in it and potentially covering.
