Betting Tip: Stop betting on losers! โŒ

  • Nobody shouldโ€™ve touched that Bengals vs. Cowboys spread last nightโ€”both teams are a disgrace.

  • The Bengals shouldโ€™ve lost and failed to cover. Dallas lost and didnโ€™t cover either, despite blocking a punt with 1:00 left, only to hand the ball back to the Bengals, who scored a TD instead of sliding, killing the clock, and kicking a FG so I could win. ๐Ÿคฃ

  • Of course, I had +5.5, +6, and the under 50 parlayed. Another bad beatโ€”probably my 10th this NFL season. Last year? Maybe 1 or 2. Oh wellโ€ฆ

  • Main takeaway: These teams suck. Donโ€™t bet on them. Avoid shit teams. Bet against shit teams. ๐Ÿ’ฉ Pretty simple.

Random Stuff From The Week ๐Ÿค”

The dude who murdered the UnitedHealth CEO is one of us.

I hear you manโ€ฆ

Chris Jones getting into a 40 on the sidelines?
Joe Burrow showing up to work as a 70s porn star. Hard to believe this guy goes to bed at 8pm, right?
Deebo has 72 touches this season and is on pace for 96. In 2023, he had 97 touches. In 2022, he had 98.

Looking Ahead: CFB Playoffs๐Ÿˆ

  1. I like Notre Dame if the spread gets to -7. Right now itโ€™s -7.5. I love Indiana this year but they got stuck with a terrible first round matchup against a good all-around team. Too bad โ€” I wanted to see Indiana do some damage in the the playoff.

  2. Texas is going to beat the shit out of Clemson. Iโ€™d take them to cover 11 points. I think Clemson sucks and probably the worst team in the CFB playoff. I also kinda like the under 51.5 in the game. Texas has been going under a lot and Clemsonโ€™s defense is decent โ€” also donโ€™t trust the Texas offense.

  3. 7.5 points is a lot of points for Ohio State vs. Tennessee. I like OSU to win that game but I feel like Tennessee should cover that. I expect a defensive battle and scoring shouldnโ€™t be super high so give me points here.

Looking Ahead: NFL Week 15๐Ÿ’ฐ

  1. My first instinct is to love the Rams with 2.5 points at SF. But I wonder if itโ€™s some kind of trap? Rams did play perfectly against the Bills and barely won but SF is super banged up and the Rams are better than the Bears.

  2. Iโ€™ll take Texans -3 at home against Miami. Iโ€™m feeling like itโ€™s time for Houston to make a run and put it together here. They have the right makeup to get hot and expectations had them performing higher going into the year.

  3. Happy to take the Lions -1.5 at home vs. the Bills. I know the Bills are hot and the Lions are hurt but itโ€™s a good matchup for Detroit and I think they find a way to get it done.

  4. I like the Packers at -3 vs. Seattle. I think the Packers are a legit team and Seattle is not quite at their level. The Seatle home field advantage is not what it once was.

  5. I have no problem taking the Bears +7 at Minnesota. The Vikings continue to over perform and catch breaks. I think the Bears will bounce back after a bad loss and these divisional games always end up tighter than expected.

NBA Cup Action Tonight๐Ÿ€

I decided to dig into some NBA action tonight and reclaim my lost coin with a round ball sport.

Magic vs. Bucks NBA Cup Quarterfinals

The shorthanded Magic, missing Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner, take on the surging Bucks led by Giannis Antetokounmpo. Milwaukee is 8-2 in their last 10, while Orlandoโ€™s top-tier defense keeps them competitive despite injuries. The Bucks are hot and should beat down the Magic at home, but Orlando has proven to play well without key players all year.

Betting Insights:

  • Bucks Trends: 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games.

  • Magic Trends: 1-5 ATS against teams with a winning record.

  • Over/Under: The under has hit in 4 of Milwaukeeโ€™s last 5 games.

Player Props:

  • Giannis Antetokounmpo: Over 29.5 Points (-120)

  • Jalen Suggs: Over 20.5 Points (-115)

  • Mo Wagner: Over 11.5 Points (-125)

Prediction:

Orlandoโ€™s defense can only do so much without its top scorers, making it tough to keep pace with Milwaukeeโ€™s firepower.

  • Spread: Bucks -7

  • Total: Under 214.5

  • Projected Score: Bucks 113, Magic 101

Mavericks vs. Thunder NBA Cup Quarterfinals

Key Matchup:

The red-hot Mavericks (11-1 in their last 12) face the Thunder, who boast the leagueโ€™s best net rating (+11.9) and top-ranked defense. Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving power Dallasโ€™s offense, ranking 4th in points per game. The only weakness on the Thunder is their rebounding.

Betting Insights:

  • Thunder Trends: 5-1 ATS in their last six home games.

  • Mavs Trends: 7-3 ATS in their last 10 as underdogs.

  • Over/Under: Over has hit in 8 of the last 9 meetings.

Player Props:

  • Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Over 1.5 3PM (-175)

  • Kyrie Irving: Over 21.5 Points (-125)

  • PJ Washington: Over 6.5 Rebounds (-125)

Prediction:

Oklahoma Cityโ€™s elite defense gives them a slight edge at home, but still expecting big time players to make plays and score a lot of points.

  • Spread: Thunder -4.5

  • Total: Over 231

  • Projected Score: Thunder 121, Mavericks 115

Final Thoughts๐Ÿง

Good luck tonight and this week! Hope you enjoyed the content.
